Uses:
Combines the functions of a cuticle pusher and a nail file. First, soften the cuticles with cuticle remover, then trim off excess cuticles along the nail edge with a pushing and cutting motion. The other end, a nail file, is used to smooth the nail edges after trimming, making it convenient and easy to use.
