Hot Brewing Method

For both Sencha and Genmaicha Matcha, please refer to the following method:

1. Place 1 tea bag into a cup and add approximately 240ml of hot water at about 80°C.
2. Gently move the tea bag up and down to release the flavor.
3. Remove the tea bag after steeping for about 40 seconds.

Cold Brewing Method

Place 1 to 2 tea bags into a pot or water bottle, add approximately 295–475ml of cold water, cover, and refrigerate for 3 to 4 hours before serving.

• Please use hot water with caution to avoid scalding.
• Flavor and color may gradually diminish once tea leaves are exposed to air; please consume as soon as possible after opening.
