[Perfect Brewing - Hot]
For both teas, pour 8 fl oz (240mL) of hot water at 80°C (176°F).
Place 1 tea bag in a teacup and stir up and down to adjust flavor.
Steep for 40 seconds then remove the tea bag.

[Perfect Brewing - Cold]
For both teas, place 1-2 tea bags in a pot or bottle.
Pour 10-16 fl oz (295-475mL) of water, cover, and steep in the refrigerator for 3-4 hours.
