Q. Will its effects increase if the device is used multiple times a day or for longer periods?
A. It is best to use the device regularly for 9 minutes once a day, rather than for prolonged periods.
If the device is used more than 2 times a day, your skin may become irritated.
Q. The mask turned off even though I used it for less than 9 minutes.
A. When the battery is discharged, the LED mask turns off after the LED light flashes about 3 times.
Please connect the device with a USB cable and use the mask after the battery is fully charged.
Q. What kind of cosmetics are recommended?
A. If cosmetics with high oil content are used, the effectiveness of the device may be reduced.
Cosmetics containing photo-allergic or photosensitive substances must not be used. (e.g. hydroquinone, retinol)

A. Please reduce the frequency of use.
