Pour-Over Coffee Guide

1. Place a paper filter into the dripper and add about 10g of ground coffee.
2. Pour a small amount of hot water to evenly moisten the coffee grounds and let it bloom for about 30 seconds.
3. Starting from the center, slowly pour about 120ml of hot water in a spiral motion.
4. Once the coffee has finished dripping, you may pour water 2 to 3 more times depending on your desired strength and serving size.
5. Total brewing time is about 2 to 3 minutes; adjust based on grind size and personal preference.
