This easy steamer from Arnest Japan is crafted by artisans in "Tsubame-Sanjo," Japan's metalworking capital. It utilizes the characteristics of a pot to create an impressively large steaming space, large enough to accommodate 5 hairy crabs or 1 snow crab (depending on size).

Why is it worth noting?

Compared to buying a separate steamer that takes up kitchen storage space, this steamer can be placed directly on your own 28-30cm frying pan or pot, perfectly matching Arnest Bellfina and the cast iron wok series. The entire steaming plate is equipped with steam holes, and the domed lid allows for convection, reducing uneven heating of ingredients. The lid can also be inverted and used as a serving dish directly on the table, offering both practicality and convenience.
