Hot Brewing Instructions

Japanese Black Tea

1. Place 1 tea bag in a cup and add approx. 240ml of 95°C hot water.
2. Steep for about 2 minutes, then remove the tea bag.

Genmaicha with Gyokuro Blend

1. Place 1 tea bag in a cup and add approx. 240ml of 80°C hot water.
2. Steep for about 40 seconds, then remove the tea bag.

Cold Brewing Instructions

Both teas can be cold-brewed as follows: Place 1 to 2 tea bags in a pitcher or bottle, add approx. 295–475ml of cold water, cover, and place in the refrigerator for 3 to 4 hours before serving.
