Hot Brewing Instructions

Gyokuro

1. Place 1 tea bag into a cup and add approximately 240ml of hot water at about 60°C.
2. Steep for about 3 minutes before removing the tea bag.

Hojicha

1. Place 1 tea bag into a cup and add approximately 240ml of hot water at about 95°C.
2. Steep for about 40 seconds before removing the tea bag.

Cold Brewing Instructions

Place 1 to 2 tea bags into a pitcher or water bottle, add approximately 295–475ml of cold water, cover, and refrigerate for 3 to 4 hours before serving.
