To save your valuable time, the PriseMall team has developed the following streamlined pickup process:
Place your order online in advance
To ensure we can reserve your desired items, our store focuses on scheduled pickups and does not offer on-site immediate purchases. Please place your order online first.
Wait for arrival notification
Once your item arrives and passes quality inspection, our team will notify you via WhatsApp or phone that your package is ready.
Schedule your pickup time
To avoid a wasted trip or long wait, pickups are by appointment only. After receiving the notification, please arrange a convenient pickup time with us.
Easily complete your pickup
Arrive at the store at the agreed time, provide staff with simple verification information (such as the phone number used for the order), and successfully collect your item.

Authorizing a friend or family member to pick up
Absolutely! To protect your property, please remind the authorized person to present the "phone number used for the order" for verification. Once verified, we will promptly hand over the item.
Forgot to enter contact number (e.g., Apple Pay checkout)
When using express checkout, sometimes the system may not capture your phone number. If you realize after placing an order that you haven't provided your phone number, please contact us via WhatsApp anytime. Our customer service will immediately add it manually to ensure you don't miss any arrival notifications.
