Regional Delivery Notes

🌏 Hong Kong, Macau, Taiwan, Singapore, & Malaysia

  • Look out for notifications: The logistics provider will notify you of the latest delivery arrangements via phone, SMS, or mobile app. Please ensure the phone number provided in your order is correct.
  • No extra charges: Prisemall has already covered all basic delivery fees, and the logistics provider will not charge you any additional shipping fees.
  • Priority to residential delivery: If you have provided both an SF Express station and a residential address, we will prioritize delivery to your residential address so you can receive your package comfortably at home.

✈️ UK, US, Australia, & Canada

  • Air freight registered mail guarantee: To ensure the safety of international packages, we use dedicated air freight lines and require registered mail with signature. We spare no expense to ensure you receive your package securely.
  • Watch out for unfamiliar calls: The local logistics provider may call you to confirm delivery. Please pay close attention to incoming calls.
  • Shipping fees fully paid: All international shipping fees have been paid by us, and the local logistics provider should not charge you any additional amounts.

Important Notes on Order Data Changes and Pick-up by Others

Address Correction: If using quick payment methods like Apple Pay results in an old address being used, or if the address provided is unclear, please contact us immediately. Our team will assist in manually changing it to the most appropriate address.

Pick-up by Friends/Family: Please note that we enter logistics information based on your "phone number provided at the time of order." When someone else picks up the package, they must verify the phone number from the order. Providing only their own phone number will not allow successful pick-up.

Common Scenarios & Questions

What happens if no one is available to receive the delivery?

If no one is available during delivery, local logistics providers will contact you by phone as soon as possible to arrange redelivery. Please pay close attention to incoming calls. Only when the logistics provider is completely unable to reach the customer will they notify us, so we may not know the delivery status earlier than you.

Why haven't I received a tracking number yet?

Most of our products are in stock. Only a small number of globally popular items may require a slight wait due to limited production by the brand. In such cases, we will clearly state the estimated shipping time on the product details page. Thank you for your patience.

Why have I received a tracking number but cannot find any tracking progress?

When order volumes are high, even if a package has been packed and handed over to the logistics provider, they still need time to process it for warehousing. Sometimes, a tracking number is generated and sent to you immediately, but the actual package may still be awaiting scanning. Logistics systems typically update in batches at regular intervals daily. If you temporarily see no information, please wait a moment (usually within 24 hours), and it should display correctly.
